We attended the most amazing Soundbath and Brunch at Vesta Kitchen featuring Jen of White Wave Restorations. Jen's talented and intuitive knowledge of healing and creating peace was the perfect way to spend an hour, followed by a nourishing brunch. Brunch was everything you'd hope it to be on a peaceful Sunday- a mix of savory, rich quiches and sweet, fruity, flaky handpies; a sampling of local award-winning cheeses thoughtfully paired with housemade compotes and jams. Crostinis and crudite were served alongside fresh, healthy housemade hummus and veggie purees, and all of it washed down with local Kombucha. We have been enjoying Vesta Kitchen's catering and prepared sauces for years now, so it was a real treat to be at the brick-and-mortar store. We are blessed with an abundance of sustainable, regenerative, intentionally raised and grown food here in this part of Chester County and John has a way of bringing these ingredients together that are somehow even greater than the sum of their parts.
